Meet Emma
Emma Lloyd is a lifelong learner, seeker, empath and truth teller. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Southern California, Emma began her career in Los Angeles developing television shows at William Morris Endeavor, 20th Century Fox Television, and Endemol Shine Studios. She then transitioned from Entertainment into Tech where she spent the next eight years at Twilio, first in San Francisco and then London, closing numerous multi-million dollar deals with the world's most innovative technology companies and grew to lead an international sales team.
After working with her own coaches and making the transition into leadership, Emma realized both the immense value of coaching as well as what was missing from the space. It wasn't that Emma wasn't achieving what she put her mind to, it was that her accomplishments still felt far from successful. After doing deep inner work, she realized that her goals and need to achieve were actually stemming from limiting beliefs, old wounds, and protective patterns, all of which was leading to a feeling of misalignment in her career, a slow diminishing of her life force energy, and eventual clinical burnout. Through somatic coaching, she was finally able to reconnect with her true to herself, clarify her authentic values, learn to effectively lead others through embodied example, and rebuild her life and career reach her fullest potential.
Emma became passionate about using both mind and body modalities to help other ambitious women become more authentic, truly confident, and lit up in all areas of their lives. She left Twilio to study at the industry-leading Elementum Coaching Institute where through intensive and immersive training she became certified in an extensive range of coaching methods in order to best support clients on their own transformation journeys. As a Conscious Success Coach, she works with women from around the world to define and create success on their own terms and step into lives that actually feel as good as they look. She lives in Marin County, CA with her husband Graham and their identical twin daughters, Audrey and Scarlett.
"The 'night sea journey' is the journey into the parts of ourself that are split off, disavowed, unknown, unwanted, cast out, and exiled to the various subterranean worlds of consciousness. The goal of this journey is to reunite us with ourselves."
